Verification: ZYGO and VECCO interferometers, spherical-diameter meters, Shimadzu spectrophotometers — surface figure, coating spectra and wavefront are measured per lot, not estimated.

Windows and flats (transmittance, uniformity, sub-surface defects, parallelism held), mirrors (flat/concave/convex, protected metal coatings), lenses (biconvex through glued achromats), prisms (right-angle, beam-splitting, total-internal-reflection; BK7, fused silica, sapphire), beamsplitters (prism, grating, interference) and filters (bandpass, longpass/shortpass, ND, special-effect).

Sample-to-production ramp
Standard-substrate prototypes in one to two weeks; custom coating campaigns follow the next coater slot. NRE, price breaks and inspection plan are fixed in the quote, so a 500-piece pilot and a 50,000-piece ramp read from the same sheet.

Send a drawing or a paragraph — which do you prefer?
Both work. A functional paragraph ('block 532 nm, pass 850 nm, 25 mm square, 500 pcs') gets a coating design proposal back; a drawing gets a DFM review and tolerance proposal. Either way, engineers respond — not a sales relay.
What inspection data ships with parts?
Interferometric surface maps, coating spectra and dimensional reports on the production lot. Programs can add environmental/adhesion testing per stated standards.
